Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

As a community member, you are entitled and encouraged to nominate past Bethel College athletes, coaches, or others you feel are deserving of the honor for the Bethel College Athletic Hall of Fame. Nominations will be accepted through April 1 of the current calendar year. Any nomination received after that date will be held until next year.

Criteria For a Person To Be Nominated

1. Athletic Ability:
   1. Athletic recognition, honors, and awards, in addition to those given by Bethel College, shall be the basis for Hall selection consideration; i.e., All-Tournament, All-Conference, All-Region, Player of the Week, All-American recognition.
   2. Must wait at least ten (10) years after leaving Bethel before consideration will be given.
2. Meritorious service toward the field of athletics:
   1. Unique identification with the Bethel College athletic program through moral and/or financial support.
   2. Must have, over a period of years, exhibited a dedication and loyalty to the Bethel College athletic program.
3. Former Bethel College Administrator, Coach, or Trainer:
   1. Must have been an administrator, coached or a trainer at Bethel College for at least five (5) years.
   2. Must be out of said position for at least five (5) years.
4. The Hall of Fame has the option to give recognition to a Bethel College team, as a group, for their accomplishments in a particular season:
   1. This is to honor the team and may not qualify for individual induction
   2. Must wait at least ten (10) years after season of competition before consideration will be given.
